Personal matching, not a job board.
We map the role, the household rhythm, the schedule, and the caregiver profile before a search starts, so families are hiring with clear expectations from the beginning.
Role types
Placement options
Full-time Nanny
A long-term caregiver working 30 to 50 hours per week. Best for families needing consistent, daily childcare. Responsibilities can include daily routines, school pickups, meal prep, activities, and child development support.
Part-time Nanny
A consistent caregiver working under 30 hours per week. A strong fit for families who need regular help on specific days or hours, while keeping flexibility for other support.
Travel Nanny
A Nanny who travels with your family domestically or internationally for vacations, work trips, or extended stays. Cross-border placements are available.
Overnight Nanny
A Nanny providing overnight care, often supporting newborn families with night feeds, sleep support, and early morning routines.
House Manager
A senior household role that supports the operations of your home. Responsibilities can include staff coordination, vendor management, scheduling, family logistics, and daily routines. Childcare may be part of the role or handled separately.
Mother's Helper
A supportive caregiver who works alongside parents, especially helpful with newborns, multiples, or busy households. Mother's Helpers assist with childcare, light tasks, and household flow while a parent is present.
